Terms & Conditions
Delivery is available across mainland UK for most of our standard products at a flat rate of £9.99 which will be added at checkout.
We are currently not able to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Channel Islands or anywhere outside of mainland UK.
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days, however in busier periods please allow up to 10 working days on certain products.
You will be given a delivery date on your order via e-mail, please ensure that someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery.
You should examine your goods thoroughly for any damages or shortages before signing the delivery note, as replacements can only be issued when the delivery note is signed 'damaged'.
Damages where the delivery note is signed for as 'received in good condition' will assume to have occurred when the risk has passed.
Any incorrect or damaged deliveries must be notified to us by telephone or e-mail within 24hrs of delivery.
Goods - All sizes, weights and dimensions are approximate and are for guidance only. Please note that all dimensions are measured externally. Although our website is updated regularly, the Rabbit Hutch Warehouse reserves the right to alter product specifications without notice.
Returns/Cancellations - In line with Distance Selling Regulations.
Should you be unhappy with your goods you may return or cancel your order, to do this you must first notify us by e-mail within 7 days.
The goods should be returned un-used and in original packaging to the Rabbit Hutch Warehouse within 14 days.
You the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Providing the goods have been returned in acceptable condition a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel an order which has been paid for by credit/debit card and the cancellation is no fault of ours then you will be liable to pay the credit card transaction fee of 4.5% of the total cost of the order.
Maintenance
- In order to keep your purchase in the best possible condition you should adhere to the following recommendations:
- Hutches should be situated in a sheltered area to shield from wind, rain and sun.
- Hutches should be re-treated with an animal safe wood preservative on a yearly basis.
- In adverse weather conditions we recommend that hutches are covered with a weather proof covering.
Guarantee - The stated guarantee on our products covers any defects which arise from poor design, workmanship or manufacturing faults. Products are not covered against; general wear and tear, misuse in any way, any type of modifications, poor maintenance, or any un-authorised repairs.
Please note that due to some products being manufactured out of raw materials, it is possible they could contain natural defects, for example; knots in wood. Any swelling due to adverse weather conditions will not be construed as a defect and therefore will not be covered by the guarantee.
Should your goods develop a fault, you are responsible for returning the goods to us. Should it be deemed the fault has not occurred through poor workmanship, design or manufacturing fault, you the customer will be responsible for the cost of us returning the goods to you. You must pay these costs before your goods are released.
Should the fault occur due to poor workmanship, design or manufacturing fault we will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to you with any defect rectified.
Acceptance - Placing of an order indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict then these terms and conditions shall prevail, and shall override any terms and conditions that the customer my attempt to impose. Any conditions of contract which the customer my attempt to impose shall form no part of the contract between the customer and the Rabbit Hutch Warehouse. These terms and conditions replace any previous ones and are the only ones to apply in a business conducted between the Rabbit Hutch Warehouse and the customer.
